Flour Mills Disclosed Insider Dealing of 1.229 Million Shares

Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc announced on Wednesday that a substantial shareholder with the name Exceisior Shipping Limited purchased additional 1,229,764 shares.

The disclosure is in line with the Nigerian Stock Exchange’s new policy mandating all listed companies to disclose all insider dealings to the public.

In the statement released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange and signed by Umolu Joseph A.O, the company secretary/director and Legal Adviser, the company said the shares were exchanged at N21 a unit between 22 May and 29 May 2020.

On Tuesday, FBN Holdings disclosed a similar insider dealing by Oluseye Kosoko, the company’s secretary.

The Secretary bought 2 million ordinary shares of FBN Holdings at N5.45 per share on June 9, 2020.
