- Forte Oil Appoints Acting Secretary and General Counsel
Fortel Oil Plc on Tuesday notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, of the appointment of Mr Oladeinde Nelson-Cole as Acting Company Secretary and General Counsel.
The oil company disclosed in a statement signed by its new Chief Executive Officer, Olumide Adeosun.
Mr Olumide Adeosun was appointed in May as the CEO of the company following the transfer of ownership from Mr Femi Otedola to Mr Abdulwasiu Sowami, the Chairman, Ignite and Chief Executive, Prudent Energy Services.
After the acquisition, Mr Sowami said: “The next phase of Forte Oil’s growth will focus on increasing volumes, diversifying business operations, widening distribution networks and extracting potential synergies with partners. We look forward to working as part of the Forte Oil family to achieve this growth.”
