• Accounting Graduates from Babcock, Others to Write Just 5 Papers in ICAN

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) has announced a new process of awarding its respected certificate to deserving graduates.

The institute through its new program, Mutual Cooperation Agreement with Tertiary Institutions (MCATI), will exempt accounting graduates of partnered institutions 10 subjects out of 15, leaving them with just the final level papers of 5.

According to ICAN, MCATI is based on quality and accounting standard of each institution, only Tertiary Institutions with standard accounting curriculum and training are allowed in the mutually agreed corporation between ICAN body and institutions.
