An indigenous oil drilling company, Tasaniola Nigeria Limited, has emphasised the need for business organisations to ensure conducive environments to safeguard the mental and physical well-being of workers.
This firm, during its retreat, themed, ‘Organisational leadership and behavioural-based health, safety and security’, said this was necessary in order to achieve and maintain a high level of performance and a record of impressive achievements.
The Chairman, TNL, Chief Dotun Sanusi, said the programme was organised to evaluate how far the firm had gone in ensuring a safe and friendly working environment in the oil and gas business.
He said, “We have converged to review our activities in the oil and gas business and see where we need to improve and what we can do to get the best for the future.”
