PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc has posted a full-year group pre-tax profit of N4.81bn.
For the full-year period ended May 31, 2017, its group revenue rose to N79.63bn compared to N69.53bn reported a year ago.
Its group profit before tax of N4.81bn was an improvement on last year’s PBT, which stood at N3.15bn.
Meanwhile, Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc also posted half-year pre-tax profit of N967.9m.
For the half-year ended June 30, 2017, its net interest income stood at N1.12bn compared to N692.6m recorded in the half-year period of last year.
Its profit before income tax of N967.9m was an improvement on that of the corresponding period of last year, which stood at N382.8m.
