The Agile Advisor Nigeria, a global information, research and career development organisation, has empowered over 200 Nigerians on career, entrepreneurial and attitudinal development.

This, according to the firm, will enable them to become better and positive-minded individuals.

Speaking during a two-day workshop, tagged: ‘Agile’ in Lagos, the Chief Executive Officer, Agile Advisor Nigeria and facilitator of the event, Mrs. Abiodun Osoba, noted that the general orientation, workplace behaviour and business environment could be improved if people were equipped with the right skills.

Osoba explained that the Agile workshop was designed to equip people and organisations with the right skills to improve on efficiency and have better approach to achieving results and providing solutions at workplaces.

She said, “This Agile workshop is about making connections and delivering results among individuals and workplaces. It is to help people learn better ways of doing things. It is aimed at making people work agile in workplaces. At this period of recession in the country, we need to focus on better approaches that will save money for organisations and individuals.

“This programme is about flexibility and the ability of an organisation and individuals to rapidly adapt and steer itself in a new direction. It is about minimising bureaucracies and empowering people in scientific ways to achieve results.

“Participants also get to know about enterprise business agility, which can be put to work immediately. We focus on delivering practical and enduring results by equipping people and organisations to grow and lead.”
