Nigerians have been advised to join hands with the Federal Ministry of Communications and the Nigerian Communications Commission in their campaign to ensure the provision of good Quality of Service from the telecommunications companies.
Giving the advice, the Minister of Communications, Mr. Adebayo Shittu, said the campaign entailed that everyone should be proactive in the fight against “the much-touted shortcomings, poor quality services, unsolicited subscriber message services and unauthorised deductions by telecoms service operators in the country, rather than name-callings and transferred aggression being exhibited on the social media.”
Shittu spoke while reviewing the ministry’s efforts in enhancing the quality of service by telecoms service providers in the country.
