  • Schneider Electric Unveils New Retail Products in Nigeria

Schneider Electric says it has launched a new line of retail products in Nigeria in a bid to keep its promise of constantly meeting the energy needs of its customers in the country.

It said in a statement that the launch in Lagos reinforced the company’s commitment to producing world-class electrical appliances, and projected its resolve to positively impact the lives of its customers, as retailers were rewarded with 7KVA solar inverters.

According to the company’s Retail Manager, Mr. Naveen Upadhayay, customers now have a wider range of high quality products to choose from at very affordable prizes, including the ultra-practical Mobiya solar lantern.

He said, “At Schneider Electric, we just do not ask our customers for feedback, we work based on the feedback. Our customers wanted high-quality sockets and switches with sleek functional and aesthetic designs. We heard them and today, we are launching these products that meet these specifications. It just goes to show that Schneider Electric remains totally committed to our Nigerian market.”

The Managing Director, Schneider Electric West Africa, Mr. Balaji Lenka, said, “We are in business today because of our distributors and retailers and we are happy that we are keeping our promises of constantly innovating safe, efficient and reliable products that will meet the needs of our ever-growing customers. They bank on us for quality products and we are happy to deliver.”

According to the statement, the company also launched a retailers’ promotion, which will see one winner go home with a grand prize trip to watch UEFA Euro championship final live in the UK.

Other prizes to be won included three nights at Mauritius, home appliances and Schneider Electric products, it added.
