Diamond Bank Plc has entered into partnership with Total Nigeria Plc to increase its ATM presence across the country.  With this partnership, the bank’s ATMs would be installed inside select Total service stations nationwide.

Speaking at the official launch of the partnership in Lagos recently, the Managing Director of the Bank, Mr. Uzoma Dozie, who was represented by the Director of Operations and Technology, Premier Oiwoh, said the partnership was geared towards meeting the needs of customers, who can access a range of the bank’s exclusive products on the ATMs.

Already, 21 ATMs had been deployed in select Total Stations nationwide, with more to be installed following the agreement reached by both parties.

“This is to further enhance and give our customers more,” Diamond Bank’s Head of Consumer and Privilege Banking, Aisha Ahmad, said. “It’s a partnership that we are very proud of, and we look forward to really entrenching this.”

On the other hand, Total Nigeria said the partnership was triggered by the need to be more customer-centric.

“In order to satisfy the evolving needs of our customers, we have developed a ‘one-stop centre’ strategy, which implies that when customers visit Total service stations, they can purchase a wide array of petroleum products, lubricants and solar products, conveniently shop at our Café Bonjour shops, and receive premium car care maintenance and services from our Total Service and Total Wash Concepts,” Total Nigeria’s Executive Director, Jeff Nnamani, said.

He added: “As part of our continued efforts to conveniently provide top quality products and services to our customers, Total Nigeria Plc is glad to partner with Diamond Bank Plc, in the deployment of ATM services in select Total Service Stations nationwide.

“This partnership is in line with our strategy to provide convenient and innovative services that are easily accessible. Customers can conveniently withdraw cash in a secure environment as they stop by to access other services in the service station.”
